A web site can never be perfect, and thus we may inadvertently use or disclose your information in ways not contemplated by this Agreement or even in direct contravention of it. For example, there could be a software problem could result in an unintended disclosure. We will do our best to work with you if such situations arise but your sole remedy in these cases is to have us try to rectify the problem as soon as it can.

  • Third parties, who we engage to provide services on our behalf or to jointly provide services to you, including but not limited to contests and sweepstakes, marketing outreach and analytics, customer support, safety checks, and payment services.
