I knew I was waiting for someone
I did not know it was you
Then one day along you came
I guess you were waiting for me too

We knew what we had was special
One of a kind, strong and true
It began as friendship
And then it grew

Now I cannot imagine life without you
It would be bleak and empty and cold
With you my future is full of promise
And together we shall grow old

I pledge you this day my heart and my soul
In front of our family and friends
My feelings for you will grow each day
And my love for you knows no end.
