Deep Thoughts

SUMMER 2021

scorching heat like never before
hanging over the city now
life became difficult with the scorn
waiting for rain to pour

not a complain but reality
became difficult living in a big city
dreams of my younger years
when the weather was easier to bear

such anomaly became as of late
they say, climate changing is in effect
perhaps with the earth tilt on axis last year
became the result in today\'s changes in the air.
