You sure can! Since we use a reputable 3rd party billing processor to handle your online transactions you can be assured that your information is safe and secure.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my billing?
Contact us by using the "Contact Us" link on the menu at the bottom of any page. Choose "Billing" as the subject. Please give as much information as you can to help us correct your problem quickly.
How do I cancel my Gold membership?
Cancelling your Gold membership will cancel future rebill charges. Your account will remain as Gold status until your present paid period has expired. At that time your account will revert back to a Free membership.
To cancel your Gold membership simply login and choose the 'Settings - edit' link on the right-hand menu.. Scroll down to the Cancel Gold link.
If you chose a one-time payment option there is no need to cancel. You will not be rebilled.
What is the per month cost for Gold Membership?
The cost for Gold Membership is $19.95 USD per month. However, if you choose a multi-month option this can be as low as $9.99 per month!
I don't have credit card or checks. What can I do?
We also accept PayPal, money orders and bank drafts. All payment options are on the upgrade page.
Can I join for just 1 month and not be rebilled?
Yes, of course! Just choose the $19.95 per month payment option. And once you are upgraded simply cancel the monthly rebill.

Please include the all information available; invoice number, date, amount, etc.
My Gold subscription will soon expire. How can I renew?
Ten days before your subscription expires the 'upgrade again' link appears allowing you to continue your subscription with no loss of benefits. If you do miss this ten day period, when your one-time Gold subscription expires and reverts back to Free the upgrade link becomes visible again and you can easily upgrade again. There is no loss of information, messages, etc., just a brief loss of Gold benefits between the time of downgrade and when you upgrade again. |
