Just a short update to let you know some of the latest changes here at Megafriends:
THE NEW BLUE LOOK!

We're sure that you've noticed by now but we have a new, blue look and a new logo! After 4 years it was time for a change. :) There are still a lot of pages that require some color edits and they will be done over time.
SUPPORT HELP DESK INSTALLED!
============================
We have recently installed a new Support Help Desk. Now instead of exchanging emails all support issues will be addressed through the Help Desk. When you send us a message via the Contact Us form it will go to the Help Desk. When we reply you will be sent an email telling you that it has been answered and a link to access the answer in the Help Desk. The real benefit of this is on our end where we are now able to split each support department among different staff members.
WHO'S ONLINE PAGE CHANGED!

You will now notice that members out of your age preference on the Who's Online page are grayed out. This will help in finding members that do fit your Search criteria.
NEW ICONS!
==========
Throughout the site you will now see two new icons by a member's nickname. There is a light blue "I" icon that means the member has their Instant Messenger on and a green flashing online icon that means the member is online.
Like all the other icons you can tell what they mean by hovering your mouse pointer over them for a moment.
EMAIL PROBLEMS?

Problems receiving email notifications? Click the Help/FAQ link in the upper-right corner, then click the Email Notifications link for more info on how to fix this.

A woman went to the police station with her next-door neighbor to report that her husband was missing. The policeman asked for a description. She said, "He's 35 years old, 6 foot 4, had dark eyes, dark wavy hair, an athletic build, weighs 185 pounds, is soft-spoken, and is good to the children." The next-door neighbor protested, "Your husband is 5 foot 4, chubby, bald, has a big mouth, and is mean to your children." The wife replied, "Yes, but who wants him back?"
