Just a short note to let you know some of the latest changes here at Megafriends:
PRIVATELY CHAT WITH FRIENDS ONLY!

Now, through a simple change in your settings, you can allow only friends that you have in your bookmarks to "come into your red" while chatting. Simply by making this change you can keep out members that you do not know, or those you don't want to know, from entering your private message area.
To use this feature login to your Account Home page and click the 'Click here to update your account settings' link. Scroll down to the "Private chat-messages" section and click the link.
BROWSE AND SEARCHES ARE MUCH FASTER!

Over the past few weeks we have been doing extensive database optimizing and are happy to say that it has definately paid off. Queries on the Search and Browse features are now a lot faster, in fact, they are blazing fast! Give them a try! :)
PROFILE VIEWED AMOUNT CHANGES!

We have added the "Your profile was viewed X times." in the Last Visitors section of your Account Homepage. Now you no longer have to check your profile to see this.
A small note regarding your Last Visitor list, a few members have been asking why the amount of visitors to your page sometimes goes up but you don't see them in the Last Visitors list. This is because some members surf anonymously (a setting on your settings page) and although they show in the page count their nick will not be shown in the list.
A BIT OF HUMOR

A married man left from work early one Friday afternoon. Instead of going home, however, he squandered the weekend (and his paycheck) partying with the boys. When he finally returned home on Sunday night, he ran into a barrage of epithets from his wife. After a couple of hours of nagging and berating, his wife asked "How would you like it if you didn't see ME for a couple of days??"
"That would suit me just fine!!" the man said.
Monday went by, and the man didn't see his wife. Tuesday went by with the same result. Wednesday went by and he STILL didn't see her. Thursday, the swelling went down a bit and he could see her a little, just out of the corner of his left eye.
